1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "you") and pak111 (hereinafter "pak111", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pak111 website located at pak111.club and all associated services, features, games, and tools offered therein (hereinafter collectively "the Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing or using the pak111 platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing the pak111 platform on behalf of any third party, you represent that you are authorised to bind that party to these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside any specific rules, policies, or supplementary terms published by pak111 in relation to individual products, games, promotions, or features, including but not limited to the pak111 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. The pak111 platform is strictly available to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By registering a pak111 account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. pak111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age of the account holder cannot be verified to pak111's satisfaction.

2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the pak111 platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located or resident at the time of access. pak111 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate, lawful, or available in all jurisdictions. Access to the Services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and is your sole responsibility.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) registered account on the pak111 platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Own Name Registration. You must register using your own true and complete identity. Registration under a false name, another person's name, or a fictitious identity is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your pak111 account. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any information changes. pak111 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak111 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pak111 will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as activity authorised by you.

3.3 Breach of Security. If you suspect that your pak111 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak111 customer support immediately. pak111 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification. pak111 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming requirements. You may be required to submit identity documents including a valid CNIC, proof of address, and other documentation before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the pak111 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR only.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on pak111 is Rs 500. pak111 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds at its discretion with reasonable notice to users.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods. pak111 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and direct PKR bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

4.4 Own Payment Methods. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. pak111 prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that match the verified identity on your pak111 account.

4.5 Processing Times. Deposit processing times vary by payment method. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within the timeframes published in the pak111 payment information pages. pak111 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.

4.6 No Unlawful Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your pak111 account are derived from lawful sources. Any use of the pak111 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Free Spins

5.1 Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers on pak111 are subject to specific eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above who have completed the applicable opt-in process.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds awarded by pak111 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms, which must be read and accepted before opting in to any offer.

5.3 Abuse. pak111 reserves the right to void bonus awards and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of fraudulent bonus activity.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and will not be reinstated.

5.5 Amendment. pak111 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will not be adversely affected by changes made after their opt-in, subject to the applicable bonus terms.

6. Casino Games & Gaming Rules

6.1 Certified Software. All casino games offered on the pak111 platform are provided by internationally licensed software studios. Random number generators used in pak111's game library are independently audited. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for slot games.

6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or game disconnection, pak111 reserves the right to void affected game rounds. pak111 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its control, including network interruptions on the player's side.

6.3 Game Rules Govern. The specific rules of each game (as displayed within the game interface) govern the outcome and settlement of that game. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail with respect to gameplay and outcome determination.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on pak111's sportsbook are subject to acceptance by pak111. pak111 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

7.2 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that will apply to that bet's settlement.

7.3 Settlement. Sports bets are settled based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. In-play betting results are determined by the state of play at the time the bet was accepted and confirmed.

7.4 PSL & Cricket Betting. Bets on PSL fixtures and other cricket markets are subject to the Pakistan Cricket Board's (PCB) official results and any decisions made by the relevant tournament authority. Abandoned or suspended matches are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific market as described at the time of betting.

7.5 Suspicious Activity. pak111 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of corrupt activity. pak111 cooperates with relevant sporting and regulatory authorities in relation to the integrity of sporting events.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. pak111 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The pak111 platform is available to adults aged 18 and above only. pak111 actively discourages problem gambling and provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

8.2 Player Tools. Registered players may access the following responsible gaming tools from their account settings: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. pak111 encourages all players to make use of these tools to maintain control over their gaming activity.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the pak111 platform may initiate self-exclusion from their account settings or by contacting pak111 customer support. Self-exclusion periods are binding and pak111 will not reactivate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period has expired.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak111 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the pak111 platform
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the pak111 platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorised payment activity
• Reselling, transferring, or assigning your pak111 account to any third party
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the pak111 platform

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the pak111 platform, including but not limited to its design, software, content, trademarks, graphics, and game assets, are owned by or licensed to pak111. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the pak111 platform without prior written consent from pak111.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pak111 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings resulting from circumstances beyond pak111's reasonable control.

11.2 pak111's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the balance standing in your pak111 account at the time the claim arises.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pak111's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

pak111 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account with immediate effect where: (a) there is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) pak111 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or (d) a player fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time.

On termination of an account for reasons other than breach by the player, pak111 will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements being satisfied. Bonus balances are non-returnable on account closure.

13. Changes to These Terms

pak111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their pak111 account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the pak111 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak111 is registered and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, players are encouraged to contact pak111 customer support to seek an informal resolution. pak111 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
